My Lawn Looks Great

They did a great job in my front lawn. The fee was not expensive. My lawn looks great.

Boulder Falls Is The Best!

After months of investigating landscape designers on-line and having four in-length bids from different contractors, I decided on Boulder Falls. I am so glad I did! I was very impressed with Scott; he was extremely knowledgable, experienced, and professional. He took time to listen to me and made certain he understood me and followed my design wishes. The work included installing a French Drain, sprinklers back and front, a fantastic water-feature, and major renovation of the yard design. All work was done on schedule--taking eight days in all. The workers under Scott were exceptional. They were professional, respectful and the hardest workers I've ever seen. They cleaned up each evening and were back on the job in the morning with great attitudes. The finished project was nothing less than fantastic! All my design wishes were followed to a 'T'. My yards are a sanctuary--more beautiful than I had even imagined before the work had started. I am truly happy and satisfied with the quality- job that Scott and Boulder Falls has done for me.

One Of The Best Experiences

I would like to share, that in my whole life, I never had much of a yard or landscaping, so you could imagine my fear in hiring a landscaping company to make decisions for me, and install the landscape at my new home. From the time I hired Boulder Falls to the final walkthrough was one of the best decisions and experiences my family has had in our new home. Each day we came home to a new surprise as they went through the process. This hard working crew amazed me every day. I witnessed them one morning at 8am having a foot race up my driveway, in the rain to start their work day. They witnessed me lifting a piece of plywood one day and greeted me with "let me do that for you, I don't want your shirt to get dirty" I made many changes throughout the process, and the crew just kept surprising me with great work. One day, a worker saw me struggling to reach over the fence to unlock it, and the next thing I knew they were drilling a hole and installing a string before I even asked them. Long after the job was complete, it got very windy in our town, and I was very surprised to come home and find that the crew at Boulder Falls had tied down every tree, and actually found a shrub that had blown away and re-planted it, without being asked to do so. I would recommend Boulder Falls to ANYONE who needed quality work done, at a fair price... THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW, FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!

Practical Magic

I enjoy walking my 3 mini-quadrupeds a mile or two daily both for exercise and pleasure. Retired and relocated from CA, I discovered that, as much as I like the sheer beauty of the PNW and our new home, unlike CA, the weather is not always compatible with that goal. Even though I use a walker, I have one that is an oversized tire model designed for exercise and am able to maintain a 2.8 mph pace, so it is a great “workout” for a slightly disabled wisdom-age person. It does, however, require a paved surface to safely keep my speed up and our area is a bit short on sidewalks. Added to that, it is difficult to handle 3 barkmeisters and a walker.
I got the bright idea that, if I had the yard safely fenced (so I didn’t have to worry about the dogs) I could achieve my exercise goals (some days—even between showers—it adds up!)
Unfortunately, our yard was only 1/3 of an acre and a bog. (Like up to your shins type bog—definitely not walker-friendly.)
I contacted Boulder Falls and made an appointment to assess my situation. Scott picked up on my vision right away, sharing his experience with helping his father maximize the quality of his golden years. He understood how important aesthetics were to my wife and me. (And, as an unexpected bonus, he is a major dog lover with a pup that could be a sibling to my youngest and understands that, for many people, no landscape design is acceptable unless it is canine-friendly!)
With a very cunning implementation of turns, circles and figure eights, he created a 1/6th of a mile paved track that not only accommodates my walker, there’s plenty of room for a chair when the time comes. He built little hills and valleys full of interesting plants, trees, creek beds and boulders (he’s big on boulders!) With seasonal surprises around every corner, I never feel like I’m “running” in circles. Six laps and I have a mile in. Usually, I am able, with this convenience, to get a mile in the morning and a mile in the afternoon. He installed French drains to deal with the bog problem and upgraded the automatic drip system. It is beautiful and fits our needs perfectly.
One of the reasons I chose Boulder Falls Landscape is that they do weekly maintenance and snow removal as well. Scott’s efficient and courteous crew do all the work to keep things looking beautiful and give me a clear and safe path 365 days of the year. As a day-dreaming kid, I fantasized about living in a secret forest attended by elves and inhabited by bambiesque creatures. Now I have retired to that magic land and it is my backyard.

We Love Our New Front and Back Yard!

We wanted a water feature as well as river rock fire pit added to our back yard. We had a side yard that was not landscaped and we needed it to blend with the rest of the yard. Our front yard needed steps to the front door and some additional landscaping. Scott put some ideas to work for us. The end product is beautiful. Our backyard feels like a Grotto. We feel like we are on vacation every time we sit outside. He has great vision. His workers are very polite, hard working and trustworthy. There were a few glitches along the way, but Scott and his crew worked with us until we were happy with the end product. We love our new front and back yard!

I Highly Recommend Boulder Falls!

I have always wanted a water feature. My dreams have come true. When Scott came over for the first time to give me ideas, I went with it. It is BEAUTIFUL!!! I wanted a lot of sound and I have it. Scott's crew was very professional and very responsible. They cleaned up everyday and on time everyday. I feel they went over and beyond and the water feature is even nicer than I imagined. I highly recommend Boulder Falls.

Thank you Scott and crew.

Very Good Experience with Boulder Falls Landscape!

We had a very good experience with Boulder Falls Landscape and have built a good relationship with the owner, Scott. The backyard he designed and built is very eye catching but also very functional. He was able to give us everything we were looking for in a yard and created a better looking design than we could have imagined. When we have friends and family visit, they are drawn to the 3ft tall serpentine retaining wall that Scott and his crew installed. At 75ft long, flanked by a 3ft wide dry creek bed to help with drainage in a critical spot in the yard, he addressed an issue (standing water) with a visually impressive wall, steps leading up to the garden beds at the top, the dry creek bed and irrigation system. We are already talking about the next few phases- a firepit made of the same stone as the wall, with a built-in bench for seating, landscaping lights, and an outdoor gas fireplace. Scott will be involved in these next steps and we'd gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a landscaper that takes pride in his work.
